We are hiring a Development Director who will work with schools and school districts in the territory within North Texas, Dallas-Fort Worth area.
This position will report to the Vice President of Youth Market for the SouthWest region. This position plans, coordinates, monitors, and evaluates School Engagement programs throughout the assigned territory of Dallas, Denton, Collin, Grayson, Fannin, and Cooke Counties.
This is a fully remote position with required daily travel in the assigned territory.
We offer a base salary with the potential to earn an incentive up to 25% of your base pay. The potential incentive is based on achieving certain revenue targets.
