Reporting to the Senior Vice President, the Executive Director is responsible for leading and managing the overall Oregon & Southwest Washington Division and developing, executing, and evaluating the Division’s strategic plans aligned with the organization’s goals and objectives. The Executive Director has the principal responsibility for securely positioning the Division for aggressive growth in unrestricted revenue on an increasing and sustainable basis through effectively building staff and volunteer leadership talent and capabilities.
