We are currently hiring a Development Director for our Orange County Inland Empire Division based in the Coachella Valley area. The Development Director will generate revenue for our Heart Challenge fundraising campaign. This campaign includes our signature Coachella Valley Heart Walk and Stroke Walk event. This position will involve regular work performed from remote locations for business meetings and events which are outdoors and regular meetings in the Irvine office.
We have a fast-paced sales type of environment with the main responsibility of driving revenue in support of our mission. We offer a base salary with the potential to earn an incentive up to 25% of your base pay. The potential incentive is based on achieving certain revenue targets and triggers.

Expected pay range will be $61,930 - $78,000. This position is incentive eligible based on achieving certain targets. Pay is commensurate with experience; geographic differentials to the pay range may apply.
