We are hiring a Senior Development Director in Austin, TX.
In this position, you will work to expand the success of the Heart Walk, CycleNation, and Field Day campaigns across the market. As a member of the Austin team, you will focus on new business development through corporate sponsorship and driving participant income. This role has three staff that report to them, two fundraising directors and a Sr. Development Coordinator, whose primary function is revenue generation and handling event logistics, respectively.
This is an office-based position that offers a hybrid schedule in a fast-paced environment with the main responsibility of driving revenue in support of our mission.
We offer a base salary with the potential to earn an incentive up to 25% of your base pay. The potential incentive is based on achieving certain revenue targets.
