We are hiring a Development Director, School Engagement working with schools and school districts in West Houston, TX.
This position plans, coordinates, monitors, and evaluates School Engagement programs throughout the assigned territory of West Houston including Katy, Spring Branch, Spring and Houston Independent School Districts as well as Lamar, Aldine, Alief, and surrounding communities.
The candidate must reside within the West Houston territory. This is a home-office position but requires daily travel within the assigned territory.
This is fast paced sales type of position with the main accountability of driving revenue. We offer a base salary with the potential to earn an incentive up to 25% of your base pay. The potential incentive is based on achieving certain team revenue targets.
