The Account Services Manager, Professional Education Hub will develop, implement, and oversee all account services processes for the Professional Education Hub (the Hub) high-value accounts. The Account Services Manager establishes procedures for account management and consultation, supporting of customer-facing activities of the Hub. Responsible for planning and facilitating constituent relationship management approaches for high-value accounts. The Account Manager will create personalized content, offer a high-touch experience, and design curated “programming” in which the customer also serves as a brand ambassador.
This position is incentive eligible up to 25% of based on achieving certain targets. Pay is commensurate with experience; geographic differentials to the pay range may apply.
