The American Heart Association has an excellent opportunity for a Special Projects Manager, Youth Council for our National Volunteerism Team.
The National Youth Leadership Council Project Manager is responsible for managing activities, engagement, and outcomes for the Association’s National Youth Leadership Council (Youth Council) and related activities that amplify youth voice nationally and across the Association. The National Youth Council Manager is a direct report of the National Senior Volunteerism Lead and supports the American Heart Association in elevating youth voice in program design and a variety of other projects.
The Manager will work collaboratively within the Volunteerism department and cross-functionally across the Association with, but not limited to, cross functional teams such as School Engagement, Field Development, Community Impact, Advocacy, Consumer Health and ECC. The Manager will work to maximize relationships with other organizations and clubs to build engagement in the high school and college space with high impact, relevant, best in class volunteer experiences.
