The American Heart Association has an excellent opportunity for a Reporting Analyst.
The Reporting Analyst is responsible for consulting with internal customers to develop analyses that lead to actionable insights that accelerate profitable growth and improve the Professional Membership and Science Operation's competitive position. This position will provide focused strategic planning with analytics in areas of interest to Professional Membership, annual conferences, including the annual Scientific Sessions, and several specialty conferences throughout the year, with in conference analysis and trends to support business decisions. Conduct digital analyses and analytics across the Professional Membership OSO Data Services department portfolio, developing and recommending new business strategies and marketing tactics to apply current digital best practices and engagement strategies to provide the business with reports and recommendations. This position is also responsible for translating business data requirements into dashboard and ad hoc reporting resources, working with technology partners and vendors to ensure accurate electronic-process flow. The candidate will be responsible for providing and conducting analytics on customer and operations data to support planning and marketing efforts for OSO initiatives, looking for efficiencies to reduce manual and/or outdated processing, reduce errors and the need for staff dependency to access information.
