During your internship you will have the opportunity to perform a variety of duties related to accomplishing operational, financial and compliance audits, as well as special projects. You will be exposed to audit work programs and risk assessments. The Internal Audit Intern will apply technology to accomplish goals, including the use of data analytics, Tableau and financial software. Internal Audit projects will be assigned to provide a variety of exposure to a career in governance, risk management and compliance.

Individuals participating in the internship program are provided with an opportunity to:
Tasks could include things like the following:
Receive exposure to the internal audit profession, including IIA Professional Auditing Standards.
Gain experience of key business processes of a non-profit organization, with international presence.
Assist in the planning phase on assigned segments of an audit.
Support and perform audit tests through the review and analysis of documentation and system databases.
Interact and engage with different stakeholders during the audit process.
Analyze data, using technology to support decision making.
