We have an excellent opportunity for a Temporary,  Business Development Coordinator supporting our Greensboro, NC market!

 

This role is fully virtual, work-from-home, and flexible within our Southeast region, Eastern Time Zone (FL, GA, NC, SC & Eastern TN.)

 

The role is approved at max 25 hours per week.

 

The coordinator acts as a support point person to the development team and will focus on the  business development support for core fundraising events, including CRM data entry.

Some duties may include, but are not limited to: Scheduling of executive leadership  team member meetings, calendar management, making calls to current or prospective/past donors and attendees, proper entry of donor pipelines, leadership, various email management, and CRM management to support the event.

Responsibilities

 

  • Assist fundraising partners on growing pipeline of prospective sponsors and donors
  • Calendar Management helping to schedule and manage calendars for executive leadership meetings
  • Making phone calls and Email correspondence to current and prospective/past event attendees
  • Coaching and troubleshooting with external donors and event attendees as needed
  • This is a work-from-home position.

 

In this role, you will report to the Executive Director and will support ad-hoc requests from a team of fundraisers as needed.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma/GED, Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent combination of education and experience) preferred.
  • Typically requires 3 years of prior administrative and database management and/or relevant experience.
  • Excellent computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher, Outlook).
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize and handle multiple tasks while manage multiple territories simultaneously.
  • Excellent attention to detail, verbal, and non-verbal communication, with highly effective organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work outside of standard hours which may involve some evenings and/or weekends.
