The American Heart Association has an excellent opportunity for a Sr. IT Platform Manager, Sitecore based at our National Center in Dallas, TX

 

The Sr. IT Platform Manager is responsible for contributing to the design of vision, strategy, and roadmap for platform(s) across the enterprise. Ensures the platform(s) ecosystem supports business objectives through effective prioritization, stakeholder alignment, and structured change management.

Responsibilities

  • Defines and maintains the Sitecore product vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmap aligned with organizational goals. Partners with business leads and technology leadership to translate business needs into prioritized product initiatives. Serves as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure clarity on goals, priorities, and impacts.
  • Maintains a transparent, prioritized backlog of enhancement requests and business needs. Aligns backlog priorities with strategic outcomes and available budget.
  • Leads change management and adoption activities for new Salesforce features, processes, and releases. Gathers feedback from business stakeholders to inform ongoing platform improvements and roadmap adjustments.
  • Develop communication, training, and rollout plans to drive user adoption and business readiness. Facilitates requirements for workshops and collaborates with business analysts to ensure clarity of user stories and acceptance criteria.
  • Defines and track KPIs to measure platform adoption, business value, and user satisfaction.
  • Facilitates governance processes for request intake, prioritization, and platform change approvals. Partners with IT governance, data management, and security teams to maintain compliance and operational excellence.
  • Performs other duties as required or assigned, which are reasonably within the scope and responsibility of the job level and family.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • 5 years minimum prior relevant experience
