The American Heart Association has an excellent opportunity for a Senior Client Services Manager – Consumer Campaigns Operations within the National Corporate Relations (NCR) team. This is a remote position.
This role serves as the operational engine behind national consumer campaign execution, ensuring campaigns are implemented with consistency, efficiency, and operational excellence. The Senior Client Services Manager is responsible for managing the operational infrastructure that supports campaign delivery, including pipeline management, resource development, vendor coordination, financial oversight, internal enablement, and stewardship support.
Working cross-functionally with account leaders, marketing, digital teams, and operations colleagues, this position translates campaign commitments into clear operational processes, resources, and execution plans that enable internal teams to successfully deliver national consumer programs.
This role requires strong operational judgment, systems thinking, and the ability to manage complex initiatives while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.

Key Competencies
The expected pay range is $85,000 - $95,000. Pay is commensurate with experience; geographic differentials to the pay range may apply. The American Heart Association reserves the right to pay more or less than the posted range.
