This is a full time, benefits eligible, grant funded opportunity. Current funding will expire on 3/31/2029, with the possibility of extension.
The Data Processing Coordinator will play a key part in maintaining accurate data and real-time reporting to support critical business operations. As a key contributor to the QORA Business Operations Team, you’ll help streamline processes, support strategic decision making, and enhance reporting accuracy. The Data Processing Coordinator is responsible for providing coordination and operational support for the Quality, Outcomes Research & Analytics (QORA) team. This role plays a key part in supporting data-driven reporting and analytics by managing data, validating reports, and ensuring accuracy and integrity department-wide. The coordinator will support the creation of reports and assist in delivering real-time insights to key stakeholders, ensuring timely and accurate distribution of analyses to aid decision-making and drive operation improvements.
Additionally, this role is responsible for maintaining information to meet data compliance requirements, ensuring accurate entry into CRM databases, and supporting other internal reporting needs. The coordinator will ensure that data and documentation are accurate and meet organizational expectations, conducting data audits as needed. They will also maintain structured workflows for data processing, oversee timely updates to key business processes, and manage routine data archival in SharePoint and the Resource Repository. Providing excellent customer service, the Data Processing Coordinator will respond to requests from coworkers and collaborators, ensuring a high level of support and efficiency in data-related processes.

The expected pay range will be $50,000 to $55,000. Pay is commensurate with experience; geographic differentials to the pay range may apply.
