Our Austin Office has an excellent opportunity for an Administrative Associate- Mid Market. This position will work alongside 4 other Mid-Market support staff members and will be responsible for serving as a primary and dedicated resource to multiple remote-based Development directors. The directors are responsible for fundraising and implementing a local Heart Walk, Go Red for Women luncheon, Heart Ball, Workplace Health symposium, and other health-awareness events in communities throughout Texas, Albuquerque and Colorado.
*Please note, events are currently held digitally in response to the COVID-19 Pandemic. When in-person events resume, travel and overtime may be required up to 10 times per year for 2- to 3-day stints to locations around the supported markets, (Texas, Wyoming, New Mexico and Colorado), particularly in the months of February-May and September-November, to assist with fundraising events.
