We are currently hiring for a Development Director for the Northwest Indiana (Lake, Porter & LaPorte) and South Bend, Elkhart areas. The Director will oversee our Gala and Go Red for Women corporate fundraising campaign in Northwest Indiana and Go Red for Women in the South Bend region. The ideal candidate will be located in or very close to the market area.
This is a home-office based position in a fast-paced sales type of environment with the main responsibility of driving revenue in support of our mission. Competitive salary with incentive potential is offered.

We offer a base salary with the potential to earn an incentive up to 25% of your base pay. The potential incentive is based on achieving certain revenue targets.
