We have an excellent opportunity for an Executive Assistant, Human Resources. The position will provide administrative support to four staff members, including a Senior Vice President (SVP), who oversee human resources operations for our 11-state Midwest region.
To help you be successful you will have access to our award-winning learning platform the Heart U as well as various other training and support mechanisms locally and through our National Center.
Due to the current pandemic, all staff nationwide are currently working from home. In the future, this position will resume to being based in a local office.
Ensure the success of HR programs and initiatives by coordinating and scheduling meetings/trainings, developing and maintaining registration processes, preparing and distributing pre- and post-event packets, ordering supplies/materials, coordinating travel and lodging, coordinating virtual meeting/training environment, and follow up correspondence.
Maintain an orderly filing system for correspondence, minutes and employee files.
Provides support to talent acquisition and onboarding by uploading interview notes, maintaining accurate candidate/employee files. Ensures content of new hire onboarding packets is up-to-date and relevant. Distributes onboarding packets to new hires.
