We are currently hiring for a Development Director in our Omaha office. The primary responsibility will be to oversee corporate fundraising, volunteer recruitment and management, and digital experience/event management for our Heart of Omaha campaign. The campaign includes our signature Heart Ball event.
As a secondary responsibility, the Development Director will oversee a Go Red for Women campaign in Kearney. Will travel to the Kearney area approximately 1-2 times per month.
This is a fast paced sales type of position with the main accountability of driving revenue.
Competitive salary with incentive potential is offered. We are also offering a $2,000 signing bonus.

We offer a base salary with the potential to earn an incentive up to 25% of your base pay. The potential incentive is based on achieving certain revenue targets. We are also offering a $2,000 signing bonus.
