The American Heart Association (AHA) has an excellent opportunity for a Project Coordinator, in its California Tobacco Endgame Center for Organizing & Engagement, part of Advocacy Operations.
In this role, you will be responsible for providing coordination and administrative support for the California Tobacco Endgame Center project. Responsible for preparing and distributing communications, scheduling meetings and events, and other organizing efforts based on project assignments. Also, responsible for expense processing, record keeping or other administrative duties.
This is a full-time, benefits eligible grant-funded position. Current funding is through 6/30/2024.
***Due to the current pandemic, travel is minimal and voluntary to ensure the health and safety of staff. There is no overnight travel currently. In the future, this position may resume daily/overnight travel. All staff are currently working from home. In the future, this position may resume being based in the local office.***
