We are hiring a Special Events Coordinator in Denver, CO. The coordinator is responsible for preparing all event documentation and execution while coordinating with Association campaign leads to ensure consistent, exceptional experiences throughout pre-event, event and post-event phases. Duties will include management of outside vendor relations and logistics of all Denver Division events including venues, walk routes, fence staging, tenting, banner production and distribution, signage production, catering, and/or premium orders.
This is an office-based position that offers a hybrid schedule in a fast-paced environment.

This position will work with campaign leads to coordinate and secure decorations, room and site set-up, and production material orders. Attention to detail and management of the production timeline and schedule for collateral materials in the office, e.g., invitations, brochures, and programs is essential.

Expected pay range will be $45,000 to $53,000. Pay is commensurate with experience; geographic differentials to the pay range may apply.
